Our testing is focused on professional competence of accounting specialists and their adequacy for the occupied position.
The testing includes the following phases:
- In cooperation with Customer we determine the exact tasks for the testing, group of employees to be tested, appraisal criteria, format for test results;
- On-site visit of the Customer by our specialists in order to learn about the Customer’s business, types of transactions, etc.
- Depending on the nature and type of business our specialists will develop a tailored question list and testing situations;
- Testing;
- Preparation and submission of the report to the management of the Customer with relevant comments and recommendations.
