Kyiv Audit Group is an independent Ukrainian firm which has achieved reputation and reached the leading position among auditing and consultancy firms over its 14-years in the industry.
Our firm was established in 1996 (License for auditing activities no.001560 of 24 May 1996), and was enrolled to the Registrar of Auditing Entities in accordance with Resolution of Ukrainian Chamber of Auditors of 26 January 2001, no.98 – Certificate no.1560.
Kyiv Audit Group is the only Ukrainian representative and Assosiate member of Praxity, AISBL – International alliance of independent accounting firms, holds no.1 position among the 10 top international association of independent firms, and occupies the 8th line in the international ranking of accountants and auditors’ networksranking.
The firm is an associate member of the European Business Association.
Audit Chamber of Ukraine (ACU), a national independent supervisory and regulatory institution in Ukraine, has recently launched a special-purpose unit the Commission for Quality and Professional Ethics Control. The newly established Commission performs control on how adequately the auditors meet the requirements of all relevant legislations, professional standards, rules and norms; monitors quality of audit and related services engagements. Kyiv Audit Group is one of the first and, so far, not many firms in Ukraine that has official compliance confirmation issued by the nationwide supervisory institution in the profession (Resolution of ACU no.211/6 dated 25.02.2010).
