Our history

2020

• The Order of the State Audit Office No. 56-kya dated 04.12.2020 confirmed the passing of the external quality control of professional services conducted by the State Audit Office;
• In 2020, the Praxit Alliance became the winner in the nomination “Intellectual Leadership – Initiative of the Year” (2020) for its unsurpassed foresight and support during the pandemic;
• In accordance with the requirements of Article 37 of the Law of Ukraine “On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities” dated 21.12.2017 No. 2258-VIII Kyiv Audit Group prepared Transparency Report for 2019;
• interview within the framework of the Praxity Alliance project – from Managing Partner Iryna Igumnova;
• participation in the Praxity Alliance project on state measures against Covid-19 within the framework of the G20.

2019

• The National Business Rating in Ukraine recognized Kyiv Audit Group as the INDUSTRY LEADER 2019, which was confirmed by the award and Certificate “Industry Leader 2019”;
• Kyiv Audit Group, based on the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 111 dated 14.03.2019, was included in the List of independent auditors who have passed the selection procedure and may be involved in the verification of project costs within the framework of the joint operational program for cross-border cooperation of the European Neighborhood Instrument 2014-2020;
• in accordance with the requirements of Article 37 of the Law of Ukraine “On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities” dated 21.12.2017 No. 2258-VIII, the Kyiv Audit Group prepared Transparency Report 2018.

2018

• Praxit Alliance named Campaing of the Year 2018 at the Accountant & International Accounting Bulletin’s Awards;
• obtaining the honorary status of LEADER OF THE YEAR 2018 according to the National Business Rating in Ukraine;
• participation in the Annual International Conference of the International Alliance of Independent Accounting and Auditing Firms Praxity in Sydney (Australia);
• entering company data into all 4 Sections of the Register of Auditors and Auditing Entities, which is maintained by the Audit Chamber of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 2258 (registration number 1560).

2017

• The Praxity Alliance is named Association of the Year 2017 according to the assessment of the international specialized publication IAB;
• participation in the Annual International Conference of the International Alliance of Independent Accounting and Auditing Firms Praxity in San Francisco (California, USA);
• confirmed by the certificate of membership in the International Alliance Praxity;
• annual confirmation of the status of “INDUSTRY LEADER 2017” and “ENTERPRISE OF THE YEAR 2017” in the specialized KVED “Activities in the field of accounting and audit”.

2016

• Praxitu Alliance named Association of the Year 2016 by the international specialized publication IAB;
• 20th anniversary of the sustainable success and growth of Kyiv Audit Group in Ukraine;
• improvement of business processes, differentiation of services by their types;
• annual confirmation of the status of “INDUSTRY LEADER 2016” and “ENTERPRISE OF THE YEAR 2016” in the specialized KVED “Activities in the field of accounting and auditing”.

2015

• participation in the practical Conference of financiers, accountants, lawyers of Ukraine “Taxes and Law-2016” as a speaker, as well as an official Partner of the event;
• for the second time, confirmation of compliance with the quality control of professional services was received – APU Certificate No. 0545;
• compliance with the 2nd group of criteria of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 390 dated 04.06.2015, according to which the firm may audit the financial/consolidated financial statements of certain state-owned enterprises;
• annual confirmation of the status of “INDUSTRY LEADER 2015” and “ENTERPRISE OF THE YEAR 2015” under the profile KVED “Activities in the field of accounting and auditing”.

2014

• obtaining the “Gold Status” of ACCA Accredited Employer, Trainee Development – Gold;
• implementing a project on information support for the business activities of active and potential partners;
• Praxitu Alliance won the nomination Association of the Year 2014;
• once again confirming the status of “INDUSTRY LEADER 2014” and “ENTERPRISE OF THE YEAR 2014” according to the specialized KVED “Activities in the field of accounting and audit”.

2013

• participation in the Annual International Conference of the International Alliance of Independent Accounting and Auditing Firms Praxity in London (United Kingdom);
• new service: independent testing of accountants and accounting services specialists;
• the company’s specialized specialists were included in the “TOP-10 best HR professionals in Ukraine”;
• participation in the 20th OSCE Ministerial Meeting in Kyiv;
• confirmation of the status of “INDUSTRY LEADER 2013” according to the specialized KVED “Activities in the field of accounting and audit”;

2012

2011

• 15 years of success of the Kyiv Audit Group company;
• participation in the Annual International Conference of the International Alliance of Independent Accounting and Auditing Firms Praxity in Munich (Germany);
• entry into the TOP-10 leading audit companies in Ukraine and recognition as a “Reliable Partner for Business” according to the results of the study “TOP-100. Business Solutions”.

2010

• successful completion of external quality control of APU professional services;
• participation in the Annual European Conference of the International Alliance of Independent Accounting and Auditing Firms Praxity in Stockholm (Sweden);
• confirmation of the status of Accredited ACCA Employer, obtaining Silver level;
• obtaining the honorary status of “ENTERPRISE OF THE YEAR 2010” according to the profile KVED “Activities in the field of accounting and auditing”.

2009

• participation in the Annual European Conference and Meeting on Tax Meeting of the International Alliance of Independent Accounting and Auditing Firms Praxity in Bremen (Germany);
• participation in the European Business Association Event “EBA in PRINT” as a business partner;
• active brand promotion of the International Alliance Praxity with the aim of popularizing it in the business environment of Ukraine.

2008

• creation of a new specialized direction of the company’s activity, joining the organizational structure of the Accounting Services Department;
• participation in the International Forum “Financial Ukraine – 2008“ as a sponsor-partner;

2007

• receiving a certificate and a breastplate from the Kyiv territorial branch of the Ukrainian Association of Auditors for contribution to the development of independent auditing, support of the image of the profession in society, for a professional approach to the provision of audit services;
• participation in the first International Specialized Exhibition “Jurisprudence 2007”;

2006

• 10 years of successful activity;
• active cooperation with foreign companies and servicing enterprises with foreign investments;
• implementing joint projects with auditors representing the “Big Four”;
• member of the National Committee for IPO (Initial Public Offering);
• entering the top three industry leaders according to the results of the rating «Pi-rating of auditing and consulting companies-2006».

2005

• acquiring the status of member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine;
• obtaining the status of ACCA Accredited Employer, which provides the opportunity to use the best experience of educational practices of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for the professional development of the company’s specialists;
• reorganization of the company into a limited liability company “AF “Kyiv Audit Group”.

• obtaining the status of an associate member of the European Business Association (EBA);

2003

1999

• participating in the reorganization of JSC Ukrgazprom, liquidating JSC Ukrgaz and facilitating the creation of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine;
• establishing fruitful cooperation with the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance and Banking, the National Bank of Ukraine, and the State Audit Office of Ukraine;
• obtaining a license to practice law, providing legal services, conducting mutual offsets.

1998
