On June, 12 the European Business Association jointly with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation (TURKONFED) held a meeting with the Turkey-Ukraine Trade and Investment Mission.
The topic of the meeting ‘Doing business in the Ukrainian market - opportunities and challenges’ brought together Turkish traders and investors, business and authorities’ representatives both from Ukraine and Turkey.
During the meeting questions on investment and trade between the two countries were discussed. The managers of the companies who have already invested in Ukraine shared their experience of doing business, their story of success and gave practical pieces of advice. Furthermore, it is important to note that both countries have continuous expectations for developing trade relations as the respective governments have started negotiations for a free trade agreement.
Kyiv Audit Group also took an active part in the event, and our representatives conducted several negotiations with Turkish businessmen, who were interested in establishing new business contacts, as well as with the companies which already operate in Ukraine.
